We are currently looking for 1-2 people to join our team for 24+ hours per week. Peak season when we're harvesting and washing vegetables, Fridays will be over 8 hour days.

 

We're looking for someone who:

• Is timely

• Loves the outdoors, will work in all kinds of weather

• Able to work well with others and efficiently alone

• Interested in local food and community

• Can keep a positive attitude even when the conditions aren't perfect

• Has great communication skills

• Can lift 50+ pounds

• Has a valid drivers license

Responsibilities will include:

• Transplanting seedlings

• Weeding

• Greenhouse watering

• Harvesting, washing, and packing veggies

• Staffing our market booth

If interested in animals (chickens/ducks/turkeys/geese), we can talk about fitting these feedings and waterings into your schedule. Helping process birds will be needed. Although the bulk of your time will be working with veggies, we want you to feel as if you are part of our team and have an opportunity to learn things you'd like to learn.

Starting pay is $15/hr with increases based on experience and as you become efficient at tasks.
